Things you will do:


  • Create accurate product and service quotes/proposals for clients and prospects
  • Execute company and client purchases
  • Partner with engineers to ensure proper parts, licenses, and SOWs are included in quotes/proposals
  • Receive packages as they come in the door, and verify against what is on the Purchase Order
  • Stage equipment that has come in for projects and service requests
  • Pull inventory from stock when needed
  • Perform an inventory audit and research to resolve discrepancies, if there are any
  • Handle any shipping requests. Boxing up product, preparing shipping label
  • Review Purchase Orders in the queue that are waiting to be received, and report if there are any delays

Accounts Payable

  • Review all open bills in to ensure accuracy of Purchase Orders, and enter any non-purchase order bills


  • Become a Pearson Vue certified proctor and assist in proctoring exams in our office
  • Audit and reconcile customer cloud licenses and billing
  • Answer phones and help enter service tickets
  • Order food for scheduled company lunches and/or other events
  • Assist in keeping the break room clean and organized- cleaning the coffee maker, putting up food, and replenishing supplies when needed

Training is part of our culture at Liberty Technology. While it is nice to have any of the following, none are required. We hire for the things above, not the things below. If you have the right attitude and a willingness to learn we can help you learn these skills.

  • An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business or Accounting
  • At least 2 years experience in customer service, bookkeeping, office administration
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, Xero Accounting Software, ConnectWise PSA
